What is allowed
- Embedding the video in a website, blog, newsletter or platform, with the code from the Embed button or by pasting the page address where the platform turns it into a player.
- Choosing the point where the video starts.
- Free use, including on company websites.
On what terms
- The video is shown with the official player, as it is: no cuts, edits, overlays or added voices.
- The link back to the original page, which the player already carries, stays visible.
- The video is not downloaded, re-uploaded to other channels or used to train artificial intelligence models.
- The video is not placed next to unlawful or offensive content, or content suggesting that Enrico Giubertoni endorses a product, a party or a cause.
What is excluded
The licence covers only the videos that carry the Embed button. Videos by other authors on this site belong to whoever published them, and their own terms apply.
Revocation and contact
Permission may be withdrawn for a single site that does not respect these terms. For other uses, such as screening at an event or an excerpt in a course, write to info@enricogiubertoni.com.
