Company AI Culture

AI evolves. Your company evolves with it.

A periodic AI programme, tailored to your company.

A training course captures the day on which it takes place. AI grows exponentially, and that picture becomes old in a few months. The academy is the continuous update that keeps it current: short, interactive updates at regular intervals, with no loss of productive time.

Traditional Training captures the day on which it takes place, and its obsolescence is guaranteed. The academy is the live broadcast: it keeps the company synchronised with the innovations of AI, up to its culture and its organisation.

In light blue: the roles that can approve and deliver the academy. It starts in the department of the person who commissions it, and extends to other departments when needed.

Is this your situation?

  • your company completed an AI training, with us or with another provider, and a few months later tools and approaches have already changed: that training captures a date that is now past;
  • the team already uses AI, each person individually, and you want that use to become a method of the department, with shared practices;
  • your IT function can build new AI agents (programs that execute a sequence of tasks on their own), and you want to know which ones your company really needs;
  • you want to update the team without stopping operations, with short sessions placed when they have the least impact;
  • the AI Act (the European regulation on artificial intelligence) requires demonstrable AI literacy, and you want to keep it current over time.

What it is for

It keeps your company updated on AI while it works. At regular intervals the team takes part in short, interactive updates: together we identify the innovations that matter for you, optimise the tools you already use and refine your practices, to improve time, results and performance.

Why an academy and not a course? A training with a start and an end works very well in stable, regulated systems: companies trained on a given date are updated to that date, and everything works. A closer reading shows, however, that the AI of these years is not a stable system: it grows exponentially and evolves so fast that approaches change, and sometimes reverse almost completely. Therefore a training from six months ago can already be partly obsolete.

When AI changes, the company must change too. Traditional Training has a guaranteed obsolescence; the academy accompanies you over time, brings innovations into daily work and keeps the company synchronised with the world of AI. For this reason it removes the uncertainty that follows a course. With a system of continuous updates the company prevents the errors of those who stop updating, optimises its practices while the tools evolve and uses the potential of AI as it opens. What a company loses by staying at the date of the course, here it gains in certainty.

The academy is targeted at a single company. An observatory informs the entire market; the academy is tailored to one company, its processes and its needs. And it is interactive: people speak, bring their own cases, and every evolution is analysed together with the company.

Fields of application

  • For teams and their managers

    A department that uses AI with a method, and keeps it updated.

    For marketing, sales, product or staff teams, and for the managers who lead them, the academy delivers the innovations relevant to the department, optimises the tools the team already uses and transforms what works into shared operating practices. The department method grows with every update.

    All the innovations. Only yours.the AI world: models, agents, tools, rulestailored to your companyits language, its topicsmarketingsalestoolsa traditional course filters only once, on the day it takes place
    All the innovations of AI enter; what comes out are the practices your department needs, in the language of your company.
  • For top management

    A company that keeps pace with AI.

    For the CEO, the C-suite and the Directors, the academy guarantees that AI practices evolve with the technology, that shadow AI (the use of AI inside the company without declaring it) becomes a map of processes to improve, and that the literacy required by the AI Act remains continuous. For the HR direction it is a training programme, ready to include in the company training plan.

The method

AI Performance Systems Design, three phases, and the third is a cycle: the map, the updates, the verification.

  1. The map

    An audit of real uses, including those nobody had declared: tools, processes and practices already in place, also after a training delivered by another provider. The result is the list of priorities to govern, in order of value.

  2. The updates

    At regular intervals, a short, interactive update: the AI innovations that matter for you, the optimisation of the tools in use and a laboratory on one process of the team.

  3. The verification

    Every update starts from what was decided the previous time: what worked, what needs adaptation. At regular intervals the map is reviewed and, when needed, extended to other departments.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a well-designed training not enough?

Because it captures the date on which it takes place. In stable, regulated systems that picture stays valid for a long time; with AI, which grows exponentially, a training from six months ago can already be partly obsolete. The academy keeps it updated and removes the uncertainty that follows a course.

What is the difference from an observatory or a newsletter?

An observatory is generic and informs the entire market. The academy is a follow-up targeted at a single company: personalised, interactive, tailored to its processes and its tools.

Is it suitable if we completed an AI training with another provider?

Yes, absolutely. The academy starts from what the company has already built, with any provider, and keeps it updated. Companies that completed the AI Transition with us arrive with the map already prepared.

How often, and for how many people?

The standard interval is typically monthly, otherwise every two months. Number of participants and topics are defined on the needs identified in the initial map.

How much time does it take from productivity?

The updates are short and interactive, placed in the moments with the least impact on work, and they work on live tasks of your company: the time invested returns as more effective practices.

How many departments?

It starts in the department of the person who commissions the academy, and extends to others if and when the client company needs it.

Is it training?

Yes: it is a continuous training programme, with documented sessions available for inspection.

Do you discuss tools?

Yes, we also discuss tools, but above all we work on how to optimise the ones you already use and make them grow, with new methods, techniques and approaches, and with every evolution of AI.

Do you also recommend new tools?

Yes, when they are useful. The academy is a programme on culture, practices and best practices (the ways of working that prove most effective), and it is independent of any single software: for this reason we recommend a new tool only if it improves your practices, and every evolution is analysed together with the company.

How are the adopted practices documented?

During the academy every company has its own reserved area, with username and password. There it finds its own contributions and, for each session, can download the analytical document of what was discussed and decided: the complete history of the academy, always available.
