Communication bias: Communication biases are the distortions that come from how information circulates, inside or outside the company: what is reported, to whom and in what frame.
They produce echo chambers, environments where you hear only opinions similar to your own, which reinforce partial readings of data. They add to the cognitive biases of those who receive the information.
An example
A management committee receives only favourable reports, because those who prepare them filter out the bad news.
