Interfree was an Italian free service of the late 1990s that offered, among other things, web space to publish a personal homepage.
Together with Digiland it was the Italian alternative to the large US services such as GeoCities and Xoom.
It belongs to the first season of the Italian web, when publishing a site was a personal act before a commercial one.
