Subject areaProcess and organisation
An innovation mindset is the set of values, rules and habits that leads a company to solve customers' real problems, with technology coming after as a consequence.
The word mindset owes its popularity to the psychologist Carol Dweck and her book "Mindset" (2006).
An example
RATP, the Paris transport company, places uniformed consultants at the arrival from the airport to help those who struggle with an app: the customer's problem comes before the technology.
