Product experience

Channels and tools

Product experience is how the whole experience of a product is designed and communicated, especially when the customer meets it online before touching it.

Perception and adoption no longer depend only on the product's features but on how people are made to live them. Its root is the experience economy of B. Joseph Pine and James Gilmore (1998), in which value moves from the good to the experience around it. Enrico Giubertoni names four needs a digital product experience must meet: sensoriality, depth, relationship and repetition.

An example
